II. Proceedings
1. The first HPTA meeting of Grade 4-Thankful started with the registration of
attendees, including parents and 3 Election Committee (ELECOM) members.

2. The meeting was called to order at 4:00 PM by Mr. Konrad R. Turda, Grade 4-
Thankful adviser.

3. Mrs. Crispina F. Agreda, ELECOM member of the school, emphasized the different
offices, roles, and functions of each office.

4. Election proper was conducted. In which, the newly elected officers were formed.

5. The newly elected officers were presented by Mrs. Marites M. Pascual, ELECOM
member of the school.

6. Meanwhile, Mr. Turda advised the parents to strictly follow the Minimum Health
Protocols which includes wearing of facemasks, personal hygiene, and social
distancing.

7. Learners are discouraged to come to school if exhibiting symptoms such as fever,

vomiting, dizziness and the like.

8. Parents/Guardian are no longer allowed to stay inside the premises of the school
while classes are ongoing.

9. Aside from the cleaning schedule of pupils, it has also been decided by the body that
instead of the pupils, parents would be responsible to clean the designated area
outside the school to ensure the safety of their children.

10. To bridge the learning gaps brought by the pandemic, the parents were advised to
continue guiding their child at home especially in reading and cursive writing.

11. Lastly, Mr. Turda reiterated the importance of Teacher-Parent communication in

fulfillment of the goals set by the school and to the development of each learner

12. The meeting was adjourned at 5:30 PM
