 MINUTES OF THE MEETING

The third Homeroom PTA Meeting for SY. 2017-2018 was held on November
22, 2017 at the Grade Six Aquino classroom. There were 28 parents who attended the
Meeting. It started at 11:00 in the morning. The first part of the meeting was formally
started with a prayer led by Mrs. Mariwani Belacsi.

The welcome address was then delivered by the teacher/ adviser. Then the
meeting proper commenced.

The following agenda were discussed:

1. Discipline
The parents asserted the importance of giving discipline to their children
to avoid unnecessary problem as they go about their studies

2. Come to school on time

It was agreed that the pupils will come to school before time to attend
the flag ceremony.

3. Avoid Absenteeism
The parents made a consensus decision that they need to give letter if they
will get absent in order to notify their teachers.

4. Homeroom Project
Follow up in the initiated project in the whole grade level.

5. Giving of Cards
The parents received the cards of their children.
