MINUTES OF THE HOMEROOM PTA MEETING HELD AT GRADE 11 HUMSS 2

CLASSROOM, DIFFUN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, ON JUNE 26, 2018

ATTENDANCE:
There were 32 parents/guardians who attended the meeting (Pls. see attached
sheet).

I. Preliminaries:
Since it was the 1st HRPTA meeting, the teacher introduced herself to the
attendees, Afterwhich, there was a roll call of the participants to familiarize the
teacher with the parents/guardians of her students.

The meeting started with a simple prayer by Mrs. Vilma Hoggang, at exactly 8:40
in the morning.

2. Planning The teacher asked whether the

demonstrates more realistic and
practical examples of lessons.
Further, the students will also be
taught on how to make use of the
technology in the preparation of their
output/reports.

After the explanation, all of the

parents supported the suggested
project.

Mrs. De Guzman asked how much will

 be the cost of the project.

The teacher said that P10,000 more

or less would be enough to buy a 32
inches flat screen TV, so since there
are 50 parents, it would be divided
among them, and whatever deficit that
will be incurred will be her
contribution to the project.

The proposition was unanimously

approved by the parents present. Mr.
De Guzman asked for the deadline of
payment and it was suggested by
Mrs. Hoggang that it should be on the
last week of July so that their children
will benefit from the project. She
relayed her experience that the
previous homeroom project of one of
her children took until March to
materialize because of the non-
payment of other parents, so, they
were not able to use the facility.

Mr. De Guzman urged the other

parents to pay their contribution
before the end of July of which they
unanimously conformed.

3. School The teacher explained the School

Adjournment There being no more issues and

clarifications raised, the meeting was
adjourned at 9:50 in the morning.

What I am trying to say is… Mr. De Guzman emphasized the deadline of

Homeroom Project should be strictly followed for the benefit of the students.
Listen. Mrs. Vilma Hoggang explains that in order to have a harmonious
relationship among students, parents and faculty should have participation
and cooperation.

HUMSS 2 School Year 2018-2019 with the classroom adviser.
