Call to order: Meeting was called to order at Grade 10 Archimedes class

room.

Attendees Present: Refer to the attached sheet

Meeting Agenda: 1. To discuss the “Kasunduan ng Magulang at ng Paaralan sa

mga Alituntunin ng Paaralan”
2. To elect HRPTA Officers for the school year 2019-2020
3. To present the previous school year accomplished
project
4. No collection policy
Proceedings:

I. Motion: Discuss the “Kasunduan ng Magulang at ng Paaralan

sa mga Alituntunin ng Paaralan” at “Mga Di-kanais-
nais na Gawi na nararapat iwasan at mga Kaukulang
Angkop na Disiplina”
Vote: Motion was amended by the body
Resolved: The parents and the guardians signed on the agreement
sheet as they agree with the rules and regulations of the
school presented to them

II. Motion: Elect HRPTA Officers for the school year 2019-2020
Vote: Majority approval
Resolved: Elected officers took the challenge and accepted the
responsibility.

III. Motion: The adviser presented their previous class project

which is a compost pile located at the back of the class
room.

IV. Motion: The adviser discuss that the school is implementing the “No
Collection Policy” but still accepting donations

Vote: The parents/guardians were the one to identify the need

of the class

They suggested to provide the class 3 stand fans since the

ceiling of the room is not yet repaired

Resolved: The group led by the HRPTA President donated amounts

for the procurement of the project

Adjournment: Meeting adjourned at 11:00 in the morning.
