PARENTS-TEACHER’S CONFERENCE LAST July 21, 2023, AT 9:00 A.M.,
FACULTY ROOM VOCATIONAL COMPOUND

I. Call to Order:
The meeting was called to order at exactly 9:00 A.M. by the adviser,
Mrs. Crisel G. Bangloy.

II. Roll Call/ Checking of Attendance:

Mrs. Bangloy formally opened the meeting by acknowledging the body
on their active participation on the said meeting.

III. Agenda:

 DepEd Authorized Voluntary Schools Contributions

 Other Matters

IV. Business of the Day:

The adviser, Mrs. Bangloy presided the meeting at exactly 9 o’clock in

the morning. A prayer was led by Mrs. Wyleth Cariaga Quemquem, the parent
of Grade 7 OHSP-Hyacinth. The adviser asked the parent assistance for the
discipline and attendance of the student. The adviser distributed the card of
the student and advised the parent and the student to talked to their subject
teachers especially on their in progress grades. She then explained that the in
progress grades might affect their performance and standing on their over-all
ranking, thus the parent and student must join in hand to passed all the
requirements and lacking in the said subjects. Proper monitor should also
imposed so that attendance will be checked not only by the teacher but also
to the parent as well.
 She discussed also matters regarding the DepEd Authorized Voluntary
Schools Contributions like PTA Fee, SSG Fee and the Journalism Fee. After
the discussion, inquiries were welcomed.

V. Adjournment:

Since there were no businesses to be taken up, Mrs. Bangloy moved

for the adjournment of the meeting at 10:00 in the morning.

Mrs. Datuin formally opened the meeting by acknowledging the body
on their active participation on the said meeting.

The adviser, Mrs. Salvador presided the meeting at exactly 9 o’clock in

the morning. A prayer was led by Mr. Sonny Bruno, one of the parents of
Grade 10 Cancer. The adviser asked the parents’ assistance for the discipline
and attendance of the students. The adviser distributed the card of the
students and advised the parents and the students to talked to their subject
teachers especially on their in progress grades. She then explained that the in
progress grades might affect their performance and standing on their over-all
ranking, thus the parent and student must join in hand to passed all the

teach their child the values of integrity and honesty since incidents are
happening inside the classroom like stealing valuable things.
