ACCOMPLISHMMENT REPORT ON
THE CONDUCT OF 1ST CLUSTERED HRPTA MEETING
ON PREFERRED LEARNING MODALITY
1. RATIONALE
Pursuant to the guidelines from the Department of Health (DOH), the Inter-Agency Task Force
(IATF) and the Office of the President, with this pandemic most of the schools excluded face to face as a
learning modality. However, there are different learning modalities that the school and the learners can
choose with, such as online learning, modular and etc.
Thus, in order for the parents to get oriented on the preferred learning modality, San Isidro National
High School conducted its 1st Clustered HRPTA meeting last August 7 and August 10, 2020.
11. OBJECTIVE
1. To conduct the 1st Clustered HRPTA meeting and to orient the parents on the preferred learning
modality.

Grade 7 Faith- Cluster 1 meeting held at their assigned room at 8:00 in the morning presided by Mrs
Sharon Tejano- Adviser.
Grade 7 Charity – Cluster 2 meeting held at their assigned room at 8:00 in the morning presided by
Mrs Joan Rose Segura- Adviser.
Grade 8 Courage- Cluster 1 meeting held at the adviser’s classroom at 1:00 in the afternoon presided
by Sir Shawn Dwight Ga.
Grade 8 Love- Cluster 2 meeting held at Ms. Cristy Balbuena’s classroom at 1:00 in the afternoon
presided by herself.
Grade 9 Peace- Cluster 2 meeting held at their assigned room at 8:00 in the morning presided by the
adviser Mrs. Armely Bandoy.
Grade 9 Honesty- Cluster 2 meeting held at Ms. Jean Kristene Bruzon’s classroom at 8:00 in the
morning presided by the adviser herself.
Grade 10 Hope- Cluster 1 meeting held at Grade 9 Honesty’s classroom presided by Ms. Jean
Kristene Bruzon and at Grade 10 Hope’s advisory classroom presided by Mrs Anna Rose Ang.

Matters Arising
The teacher discussed the class preparation which includes the conduct of
Brigada, making of handwashing facilities and signage (in order to follow the
health protocols), conduct of survey (profiling) and the conduct of dry-run (in
order to assess the effectivity of the learning modality.
The teacher also introduced the class modality highlighting that base on the
survey face to face rank as number one but the President did not allow it
unless vaccine is already available.
- That MODULAR as a learning modality is the only choice since even
the parents did not agree on the online learning as a modality.
- That the ratio of module and students is 1:2.
Included in the meeting, the teacher introduced the sample schedule on the
distribution and retrieval of modules.
- One of the parents asked why the other school has different set of
schedules. After a thorough explanation, the parents agreed to the
said schedule.
- Agreed that the place of distribution is at the CLASSROOM only.
School involvement of the parents were also discussed highlighting the
participation during the brigade and on every school meeting. Summary of
Parents Attendance were introduced in order for the parents to monitor
their involvement as well.
Requirements from different subject teachers were mentioned to the
parents such as; writing pad, pen, pencil, expanded plastic envelope.
It was followed by an open forum to answer the question of the parents.
The parents agreed that they want to conduct the TAGBO on school on
August 13, 2020.
Lastly, election of new set of HRPTA officers. (see attached copy of elected
officers )
