ORIENTATION OF PARENTS ON LEARNING DELIVERY MODALITIES (LDM)

To: Head Teachers

Teachers

1. To ensure the provision of quality education to our learners despite the COVID-19 Pandemic,
full participation of all parents/guardians is necessary to attain the different competencies to
our Junior High School and Senior High learners, Maligaya national High School shall
conduct an orientation for parents in JHS and SHS with teachers, head teachers and school
head from August 10-14, 2020.

2. The Orientation aims to:

a. orient the parents about the teaching approaches in Modular Distance Learning (MDL)
and Online Distance Learning (ODL)
b. explain to the parents how will Modular Distance Learning (MDL) and Online Distance
Learning (ODL) be conducted.
c. involve the parents participation in the conduct of their chosen Learning Delivery Mode
(LDM)
3. The schedule of the orientation of parents is as follows:

4. The participants to this orientation are school head, head teachers, teachers and all parents
both from JHS and SHS.

5. The Department In-charge shall make sure that minimum IATF safety standards and protocols
(e.g., wearing of face masks, frequent sanitation and hand washing, and implementation of
safe distancing measures) will be strictly complied.

6. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum is earnestly desired.
