 Admit incoming participants thru google meet platform virtual meeting/orientation.

 Checking the attendance of parents by the respective advisers.
 Discuss/Orient the parents about NE Dominican Academy (OHSP)
 Discuss the school policy, Vision and Mission of NE Dominican Academy (OHSP)
 Explain the different learning modalities such as:

 NE Dominican Academy (OHSP) informed the parents about the new set up of learning in the New
Normal this School year 2020-2021.
 The distribution/retrieval of modules will be the last week of October.
 Other Matters
1. Parents shared their experiences with this kind of new normal;
 modular is a great help
 bonding between the parents and their child
 Teachers are ready to answer the questions of the students regarding the modules.
 Parents are the most responsible to their child.
2. Parents, students and teachers are expected harmonious and good communication as well.
