The following were discussed during the meeting:
● Code of Parental Responsibility
● Notice letters to parents (submission of outputs, attendance,
and class participation)
MEETING PROPER:
● Distribution of cards (guidelines and discussion of Data
Privacy Act)
● Announcement (school calendar, reminders)
● Open Forum (for questions and clarifications)
The following were finalized at end of the meeting:
● Parents agreed to adhere to the rules stipulated in the Code
of Parental Responsibility
● Parents and students were reminded of the importance of
being aware of the Data Privacy Act
AGREEMENT:
● Cards were distributed individually via Facebook Messenger
● Parents and Teachers come to an agreement to work hand in
hand to guide and supervise students for a better academic
performance through continuous follow up in school (online)
and at home
ADJOURNMENT: The meeting ended at exactly 6:10pm
