Minutes of the Meeting

At exactly 4:20 in the afternoon, we started with a prayer followed by the

continuation of the signing of attendance of parent/guardian. For the second time, I
introduced myself and allowed them to copy my Facebook account and contact number
for our communication for those new attendees. Moreover, here are the following
agenda we talked about for the Second Parent-Teacher Conference:

 Learners’ Academic Performance

 Revisiting School Rules and Regulations
 Sustaining support from stakeholders as the need arises
 Classroom-based Recognition (Second Quarter)

Among the four (4) given agenda, the overwhelming support of my dear parents and
guardians overflows in our meeting. Under the third agenda, each of the nine (9) volunteers
donated 1 sack of holcim cement for our school project. They suggested to give the money
instead of bringing up the cement in school. The meeting ended at 5:20 pm.
