With the parents and guardian from 9-Emerald we started with a prayer led by Mrs.
Reyes, the elected President of PTC. We started at exactly 4:20 in the afternoon after the
signing of attendance. The agenda are as follows ;
 Learners’ Academic Performance
 Thanksgiving for those who donated for the school project
 Donation for the continuation of our School’s project
 Classroom-based recognition
 Achievements of students (Garden Competition and Cultural & Festival
Competition)
 Upcoming 4th Quarter Activities for the month of May and June
The meeting ended at 5:40 pm with a donation of Php 560.00 from the guardians/parents of
9 – Emerald.
