ACTIVITY COMPLETION REPORT
I. Title : Election of New Set of Officers of the Supreme Pupil

Government for S.Y. 2020-2021
II. Date : January 24, 2020 ( Friday)
III. Platform : Face to Face (Panilao Elementary School Conference Room)
IV. Agenda :
 To discuss the duties and responsibilities of every position involve in the Supreme
Pupil Government.
 To create two (2) or more parties which will both have a set of candidates that will
run for a certain position
 To inform every aspiring pupil about the timeline of the SPG election in the school.
Evaluation Rating :
Each participant was satisfied with how the meeting was delivered and done. The
objectives were met in exact time and with clarity.
The orientation of SPG officers’ duties and responsibilities were successfully
conducted by the Teacher Coordinator of the SPG. The event was held January 24, 2020,
which was participated by the all the class officers of every section from grades 3 to 5
The meeting started at 3:25 in the afternoon with the opening prayer led by Jude
Amiel Manansala from Grade 4 Narra. The meeting proper started at around 3:32 in the
afternoon with the Mrs. Adora A. Robles, SPG Adviser informed the attendees of the agendas
of the meeting. She discussed the different areas and coverage of the SPG and the
responsibilities and duties of each position of the committee. Afterwards, started election of
Supreme Pupil Government office holders.
The discussion of the different terms of reference or the roles of function of each
committee members were done. She also elaborated the content of SPG fundamentals. And
the reports they need to submit to know and discuss well the necessary actions that they need
to do in order to be an effective SPG officers of Panilao Elementary School.

Time: 1:00 in the afternoon
I. Attendees: Class Officers from all the sections of Grade 3-5
II. Call to Order: Meeting called to order by Adora A. Robles

SPG Adviser of Panilao Elementary School
III. Approve minutes from the last meeting: First SPG meeting S.Y. 2020-2021
IV. Minutes of the Meeting:
Pupil Government.
1. The meeting started at 3:05 in the afternoon with the opening prayer led by Jude
Amiel Manansala from Grade 4-Narra.
2. The meeting proper started at around 3: 25 in the afternoon with the first quarter
minutes of meeting read and approved by School Principal, Norma S. Guinto, also
informed the attendees of the agendas of the meeting.
3. Reports gathered and submitted were each discussed during the meeting. All these
reports were summarized and recorded on the form given and will be submitted to the
Office for filing purposes.
4. There were also some concerns discussed and clarified during the meeting.

5. The selection of running mates for each party started.
6. Lastly, the schedule of the activities for the whole election period was announced also
still subject to change of date with prior notice.
7. The meeting was adjourned at 3:53 in the afternoon.
