Subject : SCHOOL ORIENTATION ON THE ENHANCED-SCHOOL
IMPROVEMENT PLAN FOR SY 2019-2020
Date : February 16, 2019

1. The Department of Education through SBM and SIP has continuously strived empower
schools to address issues in basic education. In line with this, the SDO Rizal has formulated
localized guidelines on the validation of SBM Level of Practice and ESIP Appraisal to
provide standards for the improvement of the delivery of basic education services through the
above mentioned programs.

2. Thus, our school will conduct the Orientation on the ESIP on February 21, 2019 at the school
library at exactly 3:00 PM.

3. The activity aims for the participants to:

a. gain an in-depth knowledge on SBM validation and ESIP Appraisal localized guidelines;
b. enhance their skills in designing the enhanced school improvement plan to ensure an
appropriate and relevant school plan to improve performance.

4. Participants to this activity are all teachers, GPTA Officers, Barangay Captain and PTA
Officers, 100% attendance is expected.

5. For the information and guidance of all concerned.

Enhanced School Improvement Plan Team Meeting

Date: Feb. 21, 2019

Present: School Planning Team
Meeting Facilitator: Dr. Mary Jane T. Espiritu- Team Leader
Present: ALL SCHOOL PLANNING TEAM
Absent: NONE

Purpose of the meeting/ Agenda:


 To review the progress on the current Enhanced School Improvement Plan
 Review data and discuss tutoring and other ways to improve instruction
(differentiation).
 Discuss budget and staffing needs for 2019-2020
 Looking at scores on benchmarks, dibels, etc.
 Action Plan- Spread Sheet to look at scores, gaps, etc to make a plan.

 Close Monitoring and Evaluation will be done by the persons involved in the different
projects base from the PIA (Priority Improvement Area)
 Whereas, ample tie was given for the SPT if there are some revisions on the SIP and all
the data will be provided by the focal person assigned on the needed documents/ artifacts.
 Budget allocation will be based on the resources needed for each priority project of the
school.
 Persons needed in all the projects will be based on what they can give/ help in the
successful implementation of the projects.
 Artifacts like pictures, checklist, communication letter should be visible.
