Table 2 presents the general objectives set by the SPT to approximately appraise how the
programs and activities implemented through the ESIP affects the Priority Improvements Areas
within the specific time frame stipulated. It also stated the causes or the root cause of the current
problems. Not all the general objectives are performed within same time frame as some could be
accomplished in a shorter period of time.
