NARRATIVE REPORT
Evaluation and Assessment of Students Epitome of Learning
July 24 – 28, 2023

DAY 0 – July 24, 2023

The activity commenced precisely at 3 o'clock in the afternoon. er a week's


break, it was resumed once again. The opening program was gracefully executed
by the designated group, the AP department. The program commenced with an
opening prayer, lowed by a thought-provoking speech delivered by Ma'am Delene
C. Bituin. Next on the agenda was the attendance check, eticulously conducted
by Ma'am Anna Jean A. Alasaas. A short it meaningful message from the EPS of
AP, Ma'am Ma. agdalena D. LO was shared with the participants. Lastly, the CID
CHIEF, Maam Charity R. Agabas-Capunitan, delivered an inspiring message,
concluding the event on a high note.

DAY 1-3 – July 25-27, 2023

Over the course of three consecutive days, each department has engaged in
its dedicated breakout session. This critical phase allows them to examine deep
into their work, thoroughly reviewing and refining every aspect, as they prepare
for the upcoming final output that will be printed. The intensity of these sessions
reflects the team's commitment to delivering top-notch results work routines. By
incorporating moments of relaxation, whether through short breaks, team-
building activities, or mindfulness exercises, they ensure that they can tackle
their responsibilities with clarity and focus.

This harmonious blend of work and relaxation proves to be the key to their
success. The departments find themselves performing at their absolute best, as
they bring their unique strengths and creativity to the table. With stress levels

DAY 4 – July 28, 2023

Journey they have experienced throughout this process. They have formed
during the days of crafting this seminar has left a profound impact on each of
them, and they believe that these newfound friendships will endure beyond this
momentous occasion.

The ESP department takes charge of the closing program, which culminates
in the awarding of certificates to the deserving participants. The atmosphere is
filled with a sense of accomplishment and pride, as everyone recognizes the
fruits of their labor. The event is deemed a success.
