MINUTES OF CONSULTATIVE MEETING

Agenda: Parent’s Orientation on Work Immersion of the ABM Students for SY. 2021 -2022

1. Meeting started with a prayer by Mrs. Salatandra, Grade 12 - Parent President.

2. Welcome Message was given by Mr. Christopher G. Barco, SHS Coordinator, He emphasized the
importance of Work Immersion on the graduating students.
3. Consultative Meeting was led by Ms. Cherry Faith A. Tulmo, Work Immersion Teacher:
 Scheduled of the start and tentative schedule of the end of work immersion
 Present the proposed activities of the students for work immersion instead of going to City
Hall offices and Cooperatives within the city.
 Explain to the parents that they must meet with their groups for the accomplishment of the
said activities.
 Present to the parents what are the required documents at the end of the Work Immersion
Program.
 Lastly, Insurance of the students are covered by the school from the start of the program and
it is covered for the whole year.
