The meeting was call to order by the teacher at 8:30 A.M

IV.DISCUSSION PROPER

 The teacher oriented the parents about the new modality. Teacher reminded the parents to facilitate their
child to answer their modules. The child must be the one to answer the modules: the parent serves as the
facilitator only.
Some parents can’t follow the distribution and retrieval of modules. The parents were reminded of the
rubrics to be followed. It was reiterated also to strictly follow the health protocols.
 The teacher discussed the DepEd memorandum the grading system and selection of honor pupils.
 Based on the modules checked by the teacher they forgot to write their names and submitted incomplete
modules.
 Let the parents signed the cards and gave the certificates to honor pupils.
 4P’s parents are scheduled for Brigada Eskwela.

The meeting was call to order by the teacher at 1:00 PM

IV.DISCUSSION PROPER

 The teacher scheduled the monitoring of learners every Monday. I encouraged also the parents to update or

join our group chat so that they can update some issues and concerns.

 “Kumustahan”. Parents share their experience as a learning facilitator. Some parents are hopeful to have a

“face to face” class. Some shared their experience in the difficulty of facilitating in answering the modules, I

informed them not to be hesitant in contacting or communicating to the subject teacher to assist and cater

their inquiries.

 Let the parents signed the cards and award the certificates to honor pupils.

IV.DISCUSSION PROPER

 The parents had a gallery walk on the learner’s outputs for the 3rd Quarter.
 The teacher shared feedback on the PHIL-IRI and Numeracy Test Results conducted last April 20&27,2021.
 The parents are informed that there is a schedule for an Oral Reading Test for the learners. They will be
updated on the exact schedule.
 Feedback of the Performance of the Learners.
 The parents are asked to affix their signature on SF9 of learners. Certificates of Recognition to honor pupils
were given also.
