MINUTES OF THE MEETING

The meting was called to order by the teacher at exactly 10:00 in the
morning dated September 15-16, 2021 at Grade-One Yellow room.

Agenda:

1. Rules and Regulations

2. Grading System
3. Other matters

The adviser greeted a pleasant afternoon to all and explained the reasons
why she called for a meeting, then she explained the first agenda. The first
agenda was all about the pupil’s handbook and explained it to the parents.

The second agenda was the Rules and regulations inside the classroom,
the parents agreed to help her in orienting their child about the regulations.

The third was the computation of the pupil’s performance. The adviser
explained to the parents how to compute the grade of their child and how their
child will get or receive an academic award.

For other matters, which include HRPTA project and daily monitors and
pupils project.
She ended the meeting with words of thanks to all the parents who
attended the meeting.

The meeting ended at exactly 11:30 in the morning.
