1 HOMEROOM PTA MEETING of 11-MAGBANUA (EIM)
September 15, 2023 @ TICTAPUL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL

The 1ST HRPTA Meeting of 11- Magbanua started at exactly seven o’clock in the
morning. The agenda are the following:
1. Prescrived School Uniform
2. Election of HRPTA Officers
3. Review of School/Room Rules and Regulation
4. Students pertinment papers (Live Birth Certificate)
5. Class Schedule
6. Others Impotant Matters

As they entered the classroom, they immediately signed the attendance assisted by
selected students. We also had the prayer lead by the secretary of the class. The teacher
introduced the agenda for the meeting.
The adviser introduced her self to the parents by writing the name in the board including
the contact number for them to call and txt any concern regarding their children’s welfare. The
first agenda, prescribed school uniform was informed to the parents that all students must be in
their school uniform on 1st or 2nd week of October.
The school rules and regulations have been emphasized to the parents. The parents were
already aware of the different school rules and regulations. The new class schedule presented to
them that is no more shifting of class will happen, but it will be on a whole day class from 7:30
in the morning and will end at 4:00 in the afternoon starting on September 25, 2023. After that,
the teacher conducted the election of HRPTA officers to help raise the standard of the school.
The teacher reminded the parents about the live birth of their child and for those students
who don’t have the PSA Livebirth must already process before the end of the school year. For
other concerns the adviser emphasized to the parents that they must followed up to the academic
performance of their children, specifically ask them to let their children go to school every day
that is to avoid poor performance on their children.
The meeting ended up at exactly 8:00 in the morning. There were 21 out of 30 parents
attended the said meeting.
