MINUTES OF THE MEETING
1st HOMEROOM PTA MEETING OF 11 - MAGBANUA
August 26 @ TICTAPUL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL

The 1st HRPTA Meeting of 11 – Magbanua started at exactly 11 in the morning. We

started it with a prayer and after the prayer we discuss the agenda for the meeting. The agenda
are the following:

1. Subjects during 1st semester

2. School Regulations
3. Organization of classes
4. Health Protocols of the students
5. Election of HRPTA Meeting
6. Discussion of PTA Project
The meeting started at exactly 9:30 am last September 17, 2021, it was held at Tictapul
National High School. The meeting started with a prayer by the selected parent. The adviser
conducted a Homeroom PTA meeting to inform parents regarding the in-person classes.
I informed the parents of the different subjects during 1 st semester most especially their class
schedule. We discussed the different school regulations inside the school premises. The parents
are now aware of the different school regulations especially the dress code of the students. After
that, we already elected our Homeroom PTA officers. After the election, we immediately discuss
about the PTA Project. It was decided that 2 electric fans will be purchased as our project.
Before this meeting, as a classroom adviser, I already discussed with my classroom officers
what are the things that they need inside the classroom. They informed me that they need more
electric fans. So, during the meeting, I reiterated it to the parents that their children want
additional electric fans. They agreed that they will pay 100 pesos for the contribution of the two
electric fans and if there are still funds, they will purchase extension wires. The parents were so
supportive for the project and they are willing to pay for the said amount. The meeting was
adjourned.
It was ended by signing of attendance. There are 21 parents attended the said meeting.
The parents are now aware of the school system in the new normal.
