The Year Level Coordinator called for a meeting last August 30, 2023 to discuss various important matters. The
meeting was attended by the concern advisers of Grade 11. The agenda for the meeting included the following
points:
a. Schedule of submission of School Form Attendance of students: The YLC emphasized the importance of timely
submission of School Form 2, which contains the attendance records of the students. It was decided that the form
should be submitted by the last day of each month to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
b. Due date to submit the SF2: It was reiterated that the last day of the month would be the deadline for submitting
the School Form 2. This deadline was set to ensure that the attendance records are properly updated and maintained.
c. Status of the building of KIOSK: The YLC provided an update on the progress of the construction of the KIOSK.
The discussion revolved around the expenses incurred and the projected completion date. It was important to
monitor the expenses to ensure that they align with the allocated budget.
d. Assigned Areas/Improving of assigned areas: The meeting also focused on the assigned areas within the school
premises. The YLC emphasized the need to improve and maintain these areas to create a conducive learning
environment for the students. It was decided that each teacher would be responsible for a specific area and would be
tasked with ensuring its cleanliness and organization.
e. Schedule of Loyalty Day on September 1: The YLC informed everyone about the upcoming Loyalty Day, which
is scheduled on September 1, 2024. This day holds significance as it celebrates the loyalty and commitment of the
students towards their school. The coordinator urged everyone to prepare and plan activities to make this day
memorable for the students. Students were encouraged to bring cleaning paraphernalia.
f. Reminder about the school uniform: During the meeting, the importance of adhering to the school uniform policy
was emphasized. It was stressed that both students and staff members should strictly follow the guidelines regarding
the school uniform to maintain a sense of unity and discipline.

g. LIS enrollment: Lastly, the YLC discussed the readiness of the LIS (Learner Information System) for enrollment.
If the system is ready, the enrollment process will begin. This step is crucial in ensuring that all student information
is accurately recorded and maintained in the system.
Overall, the meeting was productive and provided a platform for open communication and collaboration among the
teachers and staff members. It ensured that everyone was on the same page regarding important school matters and
allowed for the necessary planning and preparations to be made.
