MINUTES OF HRPTA MEETING – 1ST QUARTER

At around 9:00 in the morning, the meeting started. Before officially commencing the
gathering, one of the parents led a prayer. At the beginning of the meeting, an attendance sheet was
handed and parents were divided into two groups to observe health protocols.
The advisor initially covered how modules are distributed and retrieved, as well as their area's
timetables and the steps involved in retrieving and returning them. Every Tuesday with a two-week
gap, the schedule for module releasing and retrieval was agreed upon. The advisor also advised the
parents to always follow health regulations when on school property, including donning face masks
and face shields, practicing social distance, and carrying their own ballpens to sign the distribution and
retrieval form. The discussion of the grading scale for each subject area that followed made it apparent
to the parents how their children would be rated.
The advisor explained to the parents and guardians how TLC would be carried out and how
this project would help their child learn. Parents' questions and explanations were taken into
consideration before a temporary list of people who were interested in allowing their child to
participate in the research was created. Following the identification of those who will be entering the
TLC, the training for the TLC classes was also made available. The monthly pentakasi of the school
was also communicated to the parents and guardians. The agenda for the profile of their children also
included the submission of a PSA or NSO birth certificate.
Then, the PTA project for the flood mitigation project of the school was also presented during
the meeting. the 4Ps beneficiaries was also identified for monitoring and finally reminded the parents
of their obligation and responsibilities as the classes start. The meeting was successfully presided
and delivered by the adviser, Ms. Jesel B. Tansa with the active involvement of the parents and
guardians.
Then, during the meeting, the PTA project for the school's flood prevention project was also
presented. The 4Ps beneficiaries were also noted for monitoring, and the parents were lastly reminded
of their duties as the new school year got underway. The adviser, Mr. Matuguina skillfully led and
conducted the meeting with the parents' and guardians' participation.

The meeting ended at around 9:30 A.M.
