I. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by 6-Mercury Adviser, Ms.
Mary-Ann T. Frias. It was followed by the opening prayer led by Mrs.
Dona Velasco.

 Schedules and time of going to school and dismissal were discussed
during the meeting.

Narrative Report
HRPTA MEETING

On June 28, 2019, Lourdes Northwest Elementary School held its 1 st General Parents
Teachers Assembly. The assembly was held inside the school gym. It was spearheaded by the
school principal Mr. Edweneto L. Bongo and the teachers of Lourdes Northwest Elementary
School.

After the general assembly, respected parents and teachers headed to their designated
classroom for Homeroom Parents-Teachers meeting. The meeting started at around 2 o’clock in
the afternoon. Parents were asked to sign the attendance sheet and the meeting started.

First topic to discuss was about the classroom program or the schedule of the students in
school. Parents were advised to send their children on time and pick them on time too to develop
their children’s punctually and to avoid tardiness.

Second to the agenda was the discussion of the rules and regulations of the school. Proper
school uniform was top of the list, wearing school ID, proper hygiene and the likes were also
tackled. Parents were also encouraged to give some suggestions for the betterment of the
students.

Last to the agenda was to elect classroom officers of 6-Mercury class. The election went
smoothly as some of the parents voluntarily took some of the positions.

The meeting ended at around 3 o’clock in the afternoon.
