ACCOMPLISHMENT
REPORT

NARRATIVE REPORT

DAY 1 (October 22, 2018)

During the day, we had the opening of the ____ headed by our Public Schools District

Supervisor, ____. We had tackled the important matters regarding the flow of activities for the

whole week. In the afternoon, we traveled back to _____, to plan for the future projects and gather

the data we needed to fulfill the school’s blueprint.

Our School Principal, __, have assigned us to do the item analysis for 2nd Quarter. It was

quite challenging because we only conducted exams for some subject areas because we did not

have the test papers on time. Our PSDS advised us to only compute whatever subject area we

have as long as we have the output. We gathered in the Principal’s office to do the task and we

were finished at 5 PM.

DAY 2 (October 23, 2018)

We started this day by making the test papers in MAPEH for the 3 rd and 4th Quarter. This

task has made our stomachs crave for mouth-watering food and fortunately, our Principal have

prepared lunch for us all. The GPTA President-Mrs. EMERINA G. UMBINA, SPG President-

Ritchiel Ellar, stakeholders- Mrs. Conchita Lesaca and Mr. Cipriano Lesaca joined us for lunch.

We have talked some important matters that would help in the improvement of the school. After

doing so, we started the survey for child mapping at 1:30 PM. Each of the teachers was assigned

to visit each Purok in the barangay. It was very tiring because we have to visit each house in a

broad daylight. We have to bring a bottle of water and snacks to regain our energy while doing

the survey. We finished it at 5:30 PM.


DAY 3 (October 23, 2018)

We reported in school at 7:30 AM. We immediately continue doing the task that we were

assigned to do which was to have our School Improvement Plan (SIP). We have gathered some

of the data we needed and encoded it. The GPTA President was there together with the

stakeholders to review what we have agreed. We also have further discussions and finalize

everything. We were thankful to everyone who participated and cooperated to make this project

successful. It was indeed a very productive week and meaningful for each one of us for we have

done something that will be an instrument for the progress of our school in the next few years.

DAY 4 (October 24, 2018)

We were asked by our PSDS, Mrs. Merlinda A. Gesta, to report in the District Office to

talk about the first ever Search for District 7 G. at Gng./Bb. Edukasyon 2018 that was later

changed to Gng./Bb. Edukasyon 2018 in which the contestants were the administrators in the

District. It was overwhelming to be part of the meeting and we have discussed the things to be

prepared. Mr. Robert Mazo was the one who organized the event and it was indeed successful

because of the cooperation and help of every one.
