PRE-IMPLEMENTATION

Before the enthrall of one long week Brigada Eskwela 2022 in

the theme of “Tugon sa Hamon ng Ligtas na Balik-Aral”, we the faculty
of Estado Elementary School Mimi Extension discussed about the
preparations like whom to keep in touch, list down all the different
groups within the city of Victorias who are active and willing to extend
their help.
We invited different groups through a letter to ask them
formally and request their presence. Different individuals abroad were
sent direct messages privately in twitter, Instagram & Facebook who
are willingly want to extend a hand in helping and donating school
supplies.
After a long preparations and gathered information for this
particular purpose, we are pleased to know that almost of the invited
groups accepted our request heartedly and they gave as the schedule
ahead of time.
 DIVERSE VOLUNTEER PARTICIPATION
The spirit of voluntarism is present during the long week Brigada Eskwela 2022.
Different groups and members expressed a willingness to support and help our school for
the opening of the class.
The first day of Brigada Eskwela was jam-packed, the program started with a parade
and an opening program. Parents, Brgy. Officials, PTA Officials and SGC Officials
rehabilated the gulayan sa paaralan. The NONECO Volunteers visited the school on the 1 st
day; they checked the electrical connections in all the rooms if there are defects and short
circuits. They cleared the branches of the trees and cut it down coz it may cause some harm
and the others stakeholders take part in cleaning the ground and provided light snacks to all
participants joining the brigade activity.
In the 2nd day, the Parents of by Grade Level are assign to clean the classrooms of their
children.
In the 3rd day, the PTA Officials together with the parents, paint all the chairs needed in
the opening of classes. They also renovate the improvised bamboo hand washing.
In the 4th day the 4ps participated in Brigada Eskwela by cleaning the classrooms,
gardening & arranging chairs.
On the last day of Brigada Eskwela, we teachers prepared a closing program to give
certificates and recognize all the stakeholders who helps Estado Elementary School – Mimi
Extension during the BRIGADA ESKWELA 2022 “Tugon sa Hamon ng Ligtas na Balik-
Aral.
 IMPLEMENTATION
The Brigada Eskwela 2022 started after the opening program;
working committees perform their roles & responsibilities. Long week activities
were volunteers, parents, work teams deliver their committed services to ensure
that all targeted repair and maintenance are done.
From the 1st up to the last day, we ensure the availability of necessary work
materials for them to do their expected tasks.
New volunteers came every other day to help. They feel welcome and are
guided on how they can contribute most productively.
The presence of all the volunteers during the weeklong activity will inspire
the partners, volunteers and stakeholders and will sustain their interest and
enthusiasm to participate, serve and donate their skills and resources for this
worthy endeavor.
After all the hard works of every volunteer our school is now ready for
more learning and fun activities. Keeping the school ground and classrooms
clean can motivate the pupils to be the best that they can be.
 Our school’s success in the implementation of Brigada
Eskwela 2022 “Tugon sa Hamon ng Ligtas na Balik-Aral” will
never be left unnoticed. The week passed speaks of
collaborative efforts, meaningful relationships, and notable
accomplishments. It also sends strong message of how much
the community plus value in education.
Post Brigada Eskwela after the last day of the conduct of
the week long. We are very much thankful for all the
volunteers who extended their help.
We are very glad and happy that Brigada Eskwela
successfully done. Kudos to all the volunteers! We are hoping
for more positive feedbacks and responds until the next
Brigada Eskwela.
