MINUTES OF THE MEETING

TVE DEPARTMENT

AGENDA OF THE MEETING

1. The first agenda talk about the schedule of TVE teachers and it was already settled based from
the given schedule to our Dep’t head. The two remaining hours of Grade 10 TVE students will be
staying at Agani every Friday of the week which starts at 7:00-9:00 o’clock in the morning.
2. Next agenda talks about the Second Periodical exams. All test questions should be submitted to
Sir Lito one week before the exams for checking and the content of the questions should be
based from the CBLM.
3. The third agenda is all about the Requirements for the Third Grading Period. The requirements
for the third grading period must be determined and be given to the students before the starts
of the third grading lessons. The head stated that if possible, don’t allow our students to have a
ready-made projects. They should make their own and we must develop our own criteria in
assessing the students.
4. The fourth one is all about the Project proposal which the head invited us to make an Action
Plan. As soon as the money arrives, we can now start the project. So we are not dealing
anymore with small-scale project . We can now use the equipment and ask also for the
assistance of our farmworkers if needed. Sir Lito suggested to have a management program on
cattle he asked Sir Joe to draft a medication program which comprised of purchasing drugs and
biologics. This includes people of Department of Agriculture to provide us the medicines. The
construction for the chicken project is on going which have a budgetary estimates of P
6,000.00,Piggery projects worth P10,000.00,corn production is 101,000.00, rice production is
P7,700.00,pomology is 7,400.00.The Total Project cost of all the project teachers are worth
P325,990.00.For the ICF/Entrep subject, the teacher in-charge must try to assess all the units
and make a separate proposal. Another project proposal to be made in Pomology is for the
establishment of small nursery at the back of MRF and the teacher in-charge must also assess
the area.
5. Next agenda is all about the Skill Olympics. The proposed menu was all about the processing of
first class sardines and the body agreed that the material used for packaging is the jar. The said
activity will be held on the first week of November so the Teacher In-charge should scout the
contestants.
 6. Last Agenda talk on DLL. DLL is not applicable for field work. Therefore the head suggested that
the old one must be followed which composed of the following:

a. Objectives. In writing the objectives, it should be qualitatively and quantitatively measured.

b. Activities
c. Assessment. The teacher must set a criteria to assess the performance of the students.
d. Agreement.

7. The meeting adjourned at 2:00 in the afternoon.
