Tema: "Patuloy na Pag-unlad at Pagiging Matatag sa Gitna ng Pandemya"

1. Anchored on the Civil Service Commission Program on Awards and Incentives


for Service Excellence (PRAISE) and DepED Order No. 78, s. 2007,
Strengthening the Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence of
the Department of Education, Cresdaville Elementary School will hold its 2022
Search for Gawad SIGASIG (Sipag Galing at Sigla ) on July 11, 2022

2. Despite the pandemics currently faced, GAWAD SIGASIG stimulates important


achievements of teachers, students and parents, innovative ideas, inventions, discoveries,
achievements, abuses, exemplary behaviors, etc. We are continuously aiming to recognize
and recognize. Or public services and other personal efforts that contribute to efficiency and
impact for improving school operations.

3. The awards categories are:

c. Career and Self Development Award
d. Most Innovative Project Implementer
e. Outstanding School Project/Program Implementer
f. Dependable Award
g. Professional Advancement Award
h. Extra Mile Award
i. Special Award

4. The awarding ceremony will be conducted on July 12, 2022 at 9:00 a.m.
Attire: Modern Filipiniana/Smart Casual

5. Please be guided by the following schedule of activities and specified


dates relative to the said Search.

6. Attached herewith are the list of committees, Search Guidelines,


Checklist of Required Documents and Nomination Forms.

7. Expenses relative to the conduct of the said activity shall be charged


against local funds while expenses during the awarding ceremony such
as tokens and certificates, shall be charged against MOOE funds subject
to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

8. Immediate and wide dissemination of the memorandum is earnestly


desired.

Types of Awards

I. Service Award – awarded to an employee who rendered at least 10 years and


15 years of continuous and satisfactory service. The award shall consist of
certificate and other forms of incentives as a committee may decide.

II. Supportive Stakeholders Award-Granted to parents who contributed and showed


their willingness to share their resources. The award shall consist of certificate and
other
incentives.

III. Most Innovative Project Implementer- granted to an employee who identifies


innovative, imaginative ways to enhance teaching learning processes or service
delivery in a proactive manner. The award shall consist of certificate of recognition and
other incentives.

IV. Outstanding School Project/Program Implementer- granted to an employee who


performed/ worked on the school projects/ programs which gave impact on learning
delivery in the entire school learning community. The award shall consist of certificate
of recognition and other incentives.

V. Dependable Award-granted to parent volunteers who helped the teachers/advisers


from 1st – 4th quarter. Those who patiently assist advisers/teachers in the distribution
and retrieval of modules/LAS. The award shall consist of certificate and ther incentives.

VI. Career and Self Development Award – Granted to an individual who has
satisfactorily completed a course or degree within or outside the country at one’s
own expense. The award shall consist of certificate and other incentives.

VII. Professional Advancement Award- Granted to teachers who are promoted as T2, T3, etc.
The award shall consist of certificate and other incentives.

VIII. Extra Mile Award – Awarded to students and teachers who consistently
exhibited their best and strived to do better and won in the academic contest
despite of the extra ordinary and challenging school year due to the COVID-19
pandemic. The award shall consist of certificate and other incentives.

IX- Most Functional Committee- Granted to the different committees in school


who
performed well and contributed a lot to the development of the school, teachers,
students and stakeholders. The award shall consist of certificate and other forms of
incentives as a committee may decide.

X. Leadership Award - Awarded to a chairman of a committee with a specific outcome


and who inspires his or her committee members to go above and beyond what they
would have done otherwise with a high degree of dedication and commitment.
Supports
a program that provides a compelling future vision and helps others consider their
responsibilities in realizing that vision. The award shall consist of certificate and other
incentives.

XI. Excellence Award recognizes special and outstanding service. The award shall
consist of certificate and other forms of incentives as a committee may decide.
