Joint JHS and SHS Meeting

PCNHS Covered Court

October 4, 2021

The meeting started with a prayer during the flag raising followed by the singing of the Philippine National Anthem.

The meeting was called to order at exactly 7:45 o’clock in the morning on September 22, 2022 at PCNHS covered
court presided by Ma’am Ubalde. There was a total of 13 teachers in SHS, 26 teachers in JHS and 9 non-teaching staff who
attended and the secretary declared the meeting quorum.

Maam Lauganas read the previous minutes. There were no issues arose during the reading therefore Sir Ampalo
motioned to accept the previous minutes and seconded by Ma’am Pernia.

Ma’am Ubalde presented the following agenda:

Maam Liwagon motioned to accept the agenda presented and seconded by Ma’am Bacolod.

Ma’am Rizaneth requested for the budget for the decoration.

b. Update AM/PM Master Class Program

Ma’am Bustaleno Jhs Coordinator announced that their master class program was done waiting for approval. For
Shs Ma’am Capada announced that her teaching load will be gevin to the newly hired teacher kay bacin manganak
na siya dayon wala pa iyang mo sub. She also added that tanan niyang work ibilin niya kay Ma’am Ubalde.

c. Sept 21 Vaccination update

There were 67 students who vaccinated.

Adjournment
The meeting was moved to adjourn by Ma’am Mag-aso and seconded by Ma’am Ma’am Ampalo. The
meeting adjourned at exactly 8:30 a.m.
