Ms. Priscila D. Cabigting (Ma’am Precy) opened the meeting. She began the
meeting by mentioning the importance of collaboration and teamwork and provision
of quality education to learners, of which the name of the school is at stake. She
reminded the attendees of giving importance also to the cleanliness of the school
premises.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the following were agreed upon:

1. Flag-raising ceremony

1.1 Everybody should attend the flag-raising ceremony at 6:30 a.m. to be able
to inculcate the value of nationalism.

2. Absences

2.1 All SHS teaching and non-teaching staff should send personal messages
(PMs) to Ma’am Precy.
2.2 Those who are going to be absent for a particular day should accomplish
Form 6 (F6) which should be initialed by Ma’am Precy and Sir Orven
Francis D. De Pedro.
2.3 If a teaching personnel is going to be absent, he/she should leave
seatwork or activities that need to be accomplished by the students.
2.4 Preferably, Ma’am Precy said the teaching staff should accomplish F6 a
day before the day he/she is going to be absent.
2.5 Ma’am Precy reminded all that in the case of an accident, absent teachers
without the accomplished F6 shall get nothing from the Government
Service Insurance System (GSIS).

3. Class Observation

3.1 The SHS Coordinator (Ma’am Raquel D. Domingo, also Master II) shall
conduct classroom observations “with the approval of department heads”.
Classroom observations shall be based on the standards that are required
for each subject.

3.2 Ma’am Precy said that the teachers should not be offended with the
comments. “Huwag ma-stress sa expectations”, she pointed out, adding
that all teachers should look forward to having “technical assistance”
provided for them.
3.3 Ma’am Precy emphasized that “we work by trust”, leaving an important
question for all attendees to ponder: “How do you want to be
remembered?”

4. Haircut

4.1 Any haircut is acceptable as long as “hindi naman nakakaapekto”. “Okay


lang”, Ma’am Precy stated.
4.2 However, she mentioned that teachers should provide standards for
haircut, particularly when it comes to cooking.

5. Daily Lesson Log (DLL) Submission

5.1 Collaboration is key.


5.2 All is encouraged to borrow DLL and learning materials from colleagues.
5.3 A link should be created wherein lessons and related materials shall be
available. Everybody has the freedom to edit/use these materials.
5.4 The template for the DLL shall be IDEA.
5.5 The DLL shall also be made for classroom observation (i.e., from
objectives to assessment.
5.6 On the request of Ma’am Dannia B. Barcelona, the following teachers and
tandems were identified:

5.7 There shall be Teachers’ Profiles, which may be accomplished using


Google Form/s.
5.8 There shall be Learning Resources (LRs) Platform for Grade 11 and
Grade 12 (1 Drive, 2 Folders).
5.9 Ma’am Mary Ann M. Mangaya shall have an advisory class (ABM).

6. Stage Play

6.1 A stage play (creative and non-fiction) shall be held on April 23, 2023 at 1
p.m. at the De La Salle University.
6.2 Attendance to the said stage play is voluntary.
6.3 There shall be an extra grade to be given to students who shall be
attending but it will not affect the final grades to be given to the concerned
students.
6.4 Ticket cost: Php340. The breakdown of proceeds is as follows:

6.4.1 Php30 to the Parents and Teachers Association
6.4.2 Php5 to the teacher who could not attend the stage play and did not
collect ticket costs
6.4.3 Php5 to the adviser who could not attend
6.4.4 Php15 to the teacher who collected but could not attend
6.4.5 Php10 to the teacher who replaced the teacher who could not attend
but collected ticket costs.
6.4.6 Php10 to the SHS (the total amount collected to be used to buy a
printer)
6.4.7 The advisers shall collect ticket costs weekly and remit them to
Ma’am Marites O. Refuerzo, Filipino Department Head.

7. Family Day

7.1 The PTA shall be the partners of SHS for this event, to be held on March
25, 2023 at the school premises from 8:00 a.m. onwards.
7.2 There shall be registration for sponsors.
7.3 The parents shall be requested to donate for the event.
7.4 The following are the persons/committees responsible for the said event:
7.4.1 Production: Sir Guillermo “Bok” Beringuel, Jr. (also to print copies of
the donor’s letter).
7.4.2 Sponsorship: Ma’am Raquel (At least one sponsor, Personal
Collection, was mentioned to participate in this event. The sponsor
shall have its own booth. There shall be product displays and these
shall be handled by the teachers.)
7.4.3 Registration: Ma’am Mase and Ma’am Manalo
7.4.4 Program and Invitation: Sir Jeric M. Rima
7.4.5 Guest Relation Officer/s: Ma’am Dannia
7.4.6 Refreshments: Ma’am Ge, Ma’am Joy, and those who do not have
committees yet
7.4.7 Accommodation: Ma’am Raquel and Ma’am Bueno
7.4.8 Cleaning: All teaching and non-teaching staff

7.4.18 The Masters of Ceremonies shall be Sir Robert Niño O. Ponce and
Ma’am Rhea.

8. Work Immersion Program

8.1 There shall be 240 hours to be accomplished by students in the TVL track-
ICT Strand. This has been the norm for the past several years.
8.2 Ma’am Precy stated that if this number of hours had already been agreed
upon with the immersion partners, then, this should be honored.
8.3 March 15, 2023 shall be the end of the Work Immersion Program, when
the students shall be pulled out from the work immersion sites.
8.4 For Hairdressing, a total of 120 hours (6 days a week) should be
exhausted by the immersion students.
8.5 Work immersion students should be provided with modules.
