Pn. Marina thanked all members of the English Panel for attending
the meeting. She also hoped that everyone would work shoulder
to shoulder to improve the students performance in the English
Language.

Confirmation of the minutes of the Fourth English Panel Meeting

and seconded by Pn Ong Yok Phang.

PMR trial will be held on 31st July 2013 and SPM trial will be held
on 25st August 2013

Mid Term Examination analysis show that Remove pass 53.7%.

Form 1 and Form 2 under PBS Programme. Form 3 pass 46.8% and
GMP 4.23

The English Language Clinic whereby reinforcement exercises will

be prepared for all forms. The exercises are to be done by
students during holidays.

Analysis cause of failure:

1. Attitude of students.
2. Not bother about exam.
3. They know if they fail, they are still going next form.
4. Dont know how to answer the question.
5. Part time work which they are interested in money than study.

A reading programme whereby students are encourage to read

English materials. Cik Khoo said there is Maxis programme for
form 2 to enhance in reading skill.
