1. OPENING SPEECH BY THE CHAIRPERSON

1.1 The meeting started with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah.
The chairperson welcomed and thanked to all the English teachers for attending the
fourth meeting of English Panel for the year 2022/2023.

1.2 The chairperson also thanked the GB and all the administrators for attending the
meeting and for their support for the English Panel.

1.3 She also hoped that all the English teachers will work in team and always keep
continuous support to ensure the success of activities and programmes held by the panel
throughout the year 2022/2023.

5.1 The English teachers must always keep their files updated.

6. POST MORTEM OF YEAR 1 - 6

6.1 The head panel and teachers sit together and make a post mortem on the UASA to find
the suitability of the questions for the pupils.

7. THE WEAKNESSES AND STRENGHTS OF UASA

7.1 Discussing on the weaknesses and strengths of UASA.

8. INTERVENCY
8.1 Pupils with level 1 or 2 need teachers to do intervenes for them.

8. OTHER MATTERS

8.1 En. Maliki Muhammad (GB) satisfied with the English Panel performance for the school.

8.2 Cg. Wan Nor Izah also reminded the English teachers to keep strong and creative in
teaching the pupils for the subject is tough for them to conquer.

8.3 Cg. Norizan said pupils must have their on passion to keep on learning the English
subject.
