AGENDA:

1.0 Welcoming Speech by Head of English Panel.

1.1 The HOEP welcomed all the ELTs to the 2nd meeting for the year 2017.

1.1 The Head of the Language Department expressed her appreciation and thanks to all
the English Lang teachers for attending the first meeting. She hopes that all the
teachers will gave their continual support and cooperation to all the
programs/activities for the year 2017 and to carry them out successfully to enhance
the English proficiency in the school.

2.0 Confirmation of the previous minutes

2.1 Madam Ann Joyce proposed that the Minutes of the 1st meeting 2017 to be
passed.._ She reminded the teacher who was responsible for each competition to be
prepared and be alert with their own task. . She also hopes that all the teachers will
gave their endless support and cooperation to all the activities which aimed to achieve
victory for this year.
