Minutes of Grade 7 Meeting

I. Meeting started with a prayer led by Mrs. Evelyn Peligro, Grade 7 – Villarin adviser.
II. Meeting headed by Mrs. Jessinie Gabisan, Grade Level Chairwoman and Grade 7 –
Rizal adviser.
III. Agenda:
1. Updating of CID Checklist.
i. Additional checklist sent on Grade 7 official group chat.
2. Supply on Worx (long and short) is already distributed to each classroom
adviser.
3. Recipients of (1 unit) TV and (4 units) printers:
i. TV = Mrs. Marialyn Servado, Grade 7 – Del Mundo adviser
ii. Printers = Mrs. Milagrosa Rafael, Grade 7 – LSENs

Mrs. Kellydale Morano, Grade 7 – Quisumbing

4. RPMS Portfolio Reminders

5. COT related:
i. The advisers decided on the “LAC-type COT” wherein:
1. Mrs. Filipina Culiao, Grade 7 – Zamora1 will be assigned to make
the Training Matrix
2. Mrs. C. Donoso – Program and Layout for Decoration
3. Mrs. M. Rafael – Over-all Decoration
4. Mrs. M. Ucang – Table Skirting
5. Mrs. K. Morano – Certificates
6. Mrs. M. Servado – Food Committee
7. Mrs. L. Dumulong – Documentation
 8. Mr. Vincent Mencias and Mr. Jerrom Dideles – other room
preparations
9. Mrs. E. Peligro, Mr. F. Comedoy, Mr. A. Soliman and Mr. J. Ecleo –
LAC session speakers
ii. The advisers also decided that the LAC will be held on May 20, 2021 at
8:00 in the morning. The venue will be at the Grade 7 – Rizal classroom.
6. Other matters:
i. Reminders on the printing of SF 9 and SF 10
1. SF 9 remarks should be “passed” and the attendance part should
be left blank as of today.
2. SF10 remarks should be “promoted”
ii. Reminders on the giving of grades to advisers
iii. Reminders and other concerns regarding LIS
1. Refer to Mrs. F. Culiao for immediate response on this matter ( if
ever there are problems )
