Meeting Notes

 Faculty loading – regarding of Mrs. Daisielyn Alejo’s subject load the new teacher will be the one to handle
which is TLE and Health 9 and 10 and the adviser of Grade 9 Genesis.
 Mr. Joar Rabino’s subject load is TLE and Health 7 and 8, Ms. Princess Joie Reyes is Arts 7 and 10 and Ms.
Almarie Delos Santos subject load is P.E and Music 7 and 10.
 Ms. Delos Santos and Mrs. Butcon will be the in-charge to turn over the tasks of Mrs. Alejo to Ms. Harlie Mae B.
Romero.
 Modules remaining for First Quarter:
TLE (Mr. Rabino) Grade 7 and 8 – 3 modules each grade level
Science (Mrs. Ferrer) Grade 7 – 1 module and Grade 8 – 3 modules
Math (Ms. Dizon) Grade 7 to 10 – 3 modules each grade level
Filipino (Ms. Romblon) Grade 7, 8 and 10 – 3 modules each grade level
Mapeh (Ms. Delos Santos) – Grade 7 – 1 module and Grade 9 and 10 – 2 modules each grade level
 The schedule of retrieval is on Friday, October 2, 2020 at the same time the distribution of the remaining
modules, no need to put in the plastic envelope just write the name of the student and stapled.
 On Monday, October 5, 2020 teacher advisers will prepare the modules by set and put it in the plastic envelope.
 The schedule of distribution is on Tuesday and Wednesday, October 6-7, 2020.
 Mrs. Butcon already told the frontliner regarding the retrieval and distribution of modules.
 Ms. Reyes is the in-charge to make the schedule for students and it will start on October 8, 2020, Thursday.
 On Friday, October 2, 2020 Mr. Andasan and Mrs. Sison will collect the Learning of Activity Sheets for
checking.
 Before the last week of October 2020, all of the Learning Activity Sheets for second Quarter are printed.
 Once the frontliner get the modules for First Quarter, the Second Quarter Modules or Learning Activity Sheets
will be distributed and the 1st Periodical Test.
 Reminder: Health Protocol, Teachers must practice personal hygiene at all times and observe social distancing.
