 Distribution and Retrieval of the Modules

DEPED REMINDERS
Sr. Rowena F. Dondoyano, SFSC, enumerated the reminders of DepEd
 Scrutinize and study the modules aligned with the MELCS.
 Study the contents of the modules.
 Take out the answers key. Don’t give it to the students.
 The students are advised to wear uniform even if they are studying from
home so that they could feel that they are still having the normal way of
learning.
 Give the student some space to study. Provide a table, chair, a good
environment and peaceful place to study.
 Modules should be clear and readable depending on the grade level of the
students.
 Teachers should learn from each other. Don’t be shy to ask and help
those who needs assistance.
 Check if the assessment is leveled with the mental ability of the depending
on the grade level of the students.
THINGS TO REMEMBER IN MAKING MODULES
 Define the task
 Look into the modules if there are things to be replaced/edit.
 Have your own critics
 Avoid errors
 If the MELCS are not found in the book, go and look for other reference
that could jive the MELCS.
 If you can’t find any book in the library, you can search in the internet and
make a competency out of your research.
 Submit it within the time given.
DISTRIBUTION AND RETRIEVAL OF MODULES
 Modules will be given to the parent of the student Early Monday Morning
and submit it on Friday.
 Parents will pay for every page of the Modules and LAS. 2 pesos per page
(for the photocopy). There will be a photocopier in the town that would
reproduce all the LAS.
  Advisers will be the one to collect the payment for the Modules and LAS,
not the Cashier
 It is compulsory for all the student to buy books for reference and learning.
 Observe health protocols. Always wear facemask.
 Clean your rooms.
 Submit the output on time.
 NO OUTPUT, NO RECORD
 Make time schedule
 Don’t forget to check attendance
 Remind the parents about the Grading system.

GRADING SYSTEM
The use of E-class is still implemented to use for computing the grades of each
student with the following rubrics:

 Temperature heck (in the guard house)
 Observe social distancing

 Subject teacher should assist other advisers.
CLOSING REMARKS
Before Sr. Rowena F. Dondoyano, SFSC ended the meeting she remind the
teachers to clean the rooms and prepare the papers needed for tomorrows giving of
circular letter.
