I. Preliminaries

1. The Subject Area Coordinator of Filipino, Madela D. Timario called for a meeting.

2. Ms. Razelle T. Buslon led the opening prayer.

II. Reading, Correction and Approval of the Minutes of the Previous Meetings
1. Lucita P. Cajilog read the minutes of the previous meeting.
2. Razelle T. Buslon moved for approval of the previous meeting and Ms. Madela
Timario seconded the motion.

1. Curriculum Evaluation and Recommendation
A. Give importance to the competencies that were not successfully
implemented.
B. Students must mastered all the competencies.
C. Teachers must be firm in their recommendations.
D. Everybody’s goal must be welfare of the students.
2. Students Performance and Intervention Planning
A. The teachers based the student’s performance from the first quarter.
B. Teachers agreed on the same template to work on.
C. Objectives must be stated.
 3. Students’ Activities
A. There will be different contests to be announced in Facebook Page of
the school.
1. Poem composition
2. Poster-Making
3. Video Presentation
B. The contests is open to all junior high school students.
C. Rubrics were presented in the Facebook page also.
D. There were prizes given to the winners.
1st Prize- Load worth of 300 Pesos

2nd Prize- Load worth of 200 Pesos

3rd Prize- Load worth of 100 Pesos

E. The school Director, Principal and selected teachers were in-charge to

choose the winners.

V. Adjournment

A. The meeting ended at exactly 5:00 in the afternoon and Ms. Razelle Buslon
led the closing prayer.
