My Reflections/insights

Based on the teacher's program and your observations, answer the following:
1. Would you consider teaching as a fulltime job? Why? Why not?
Yes, I would consider teaching as a fulltime job, it is because it requires
commitment on the job. Commitment is one of the most important factors to become a
good and effective teacher. Teaching is exciting yet a very difficult profession. A teacher
must know how to handle her student diverse behavior and characteristics. A teacher
must also flexible at all time and also must have to handle a certain situation by being
calm.

2. after the conditions in the classroom conducive to the welfare of both the learners
and teacher? How will you improve on it?
In the classroom that I have observed, the students were very attentive to their
teacher while she is delivering her lesson. They never interrupt nor being nosy, they are
just focus to their teacher. The teacher herself knows how to handle her students while
discussing the given topic for that day. Before the class ended the teacher interact with
her students by asking them to give their own idea or understanding base on the lesson
that she discussed to the. How may I improve it will a way of giving them a group
activity regarding the given topic that their teacher has been discuss.

3. After closely observing the teacher in the school setting, are you motivated to
continue on becoming a teacher? What in the teacher's practices inspire you to become
a professional teacher?
After observing on how the teacher handling her school setting, I was differently
more motivated to become a teacher. I saw how the teacher interact towards her
students and how her students love to participate in their discussion it gave me
inspiration to become a good teacher just like her. Even though she traveled from
different municipality doesn’t mean that she can’t give a proper way of teaching and
delivering her lesson to her students. She can handle her time properly.
4. How can I improve the school setting that I have observed when I become a teacher?
a. Classroom arrangement
students are given a tasked to arrange the classroom (table, chairs) before and
after every class. The attention of the students who are changing seats will be called.
Disciplinary actions will be incurred.
b. Bulletin Board display
Announcement and school updates will be placed on the bulletin board to keep
the students posted. It will be removed once it is obsolete.
c. School playground
the school playground will be maximized to cater different school and
extracurricular activities bthat encourage students to participate.
