At the end of the lesson, 98% of the students able to:

a. Identify the different forms of energy.

b. Describe how mechanical Energy is produced.

c. Appreciate the importance of Mechanical Energy in our daily lives.

III. Learning Procedure

A. Routinary Activities

1. Prayer

Prayer will be led by a pupil.

2. Greetings

The teacher will greet the pupils, and the pupils will also greet the teacher

4. Checking of Attendance

The class secretary will be requested to write down the names of absentees in the class.

5. Setting of Classroom Standards

The teacher will discuss the classroom rules first before the class starts.

Classroom Rules:

1. Respect and listen to your classmates and teachers.

2. Raise your hand to speak and wait for your turn.

3. Always be prepared for class.

4. Be quiet when the teacher is talking.

5. Use nice words with respectful tone.

Mechanical energy is inherit in moving bodies. It is the energy that enables a body to do work.

used to move object, create conveniences, and helps us achieve what we cannot do with human power alone.
