Year 5 Weekly Newsletter

Week 6 T2.2 12th April, 2024

Dear Parents,

We had a very productive ‘3-working-day’ week! Children had fun with Maths,
English, Art, Geography and Science! Students have done some amazing pieces of
artwork including flowers on black paper and also perspective art!

Important: 1) Please buy tickets for the fundraising show, ‘The Wizard of Oz’
by Years 3 and 4 students – available with the Cashier at Birr 300. Limited
seats! Hurry!

2) Enjoy the Sandford ‘Fete’ on Saturday, 13th April starting at 10 am!

Next Week, students will be:


English: Maths:
continuing our work on ‘Narratives’ and Working on interpreting information tables
