32 The meeting was called to order by Mrs. Rolelie A. Sombilon,
33 School Head of Mandilikit National High School and Presiding
34 Officer at 1:00 o’clock in the afternoon.

36 III. Opening prayer was led by Mrs. Laurencia T. Daragosa.

38 IV. Roll Call
39 All the teachers and staff were present.

41 V. Proclamation of Quorom was officially declared by Mrs. Rolelie A.

44 VI. Presentation of the Agenda was done by the presiding officer

50 VII. Presentation and discussion of the agenda was facilitated by
51 the school head Mrs. Rolelie A. Sombilon.

53 VIII. Approved of the Agenda: The motion for approval was made by
54 Mrs. Jennifer G. Retardo and duly seconded by Ms. Madyn P.
Gelaga.

56 IX. 3rd Quarter Examination
57  For the 3rd Quarter Examination, there will no 4A’s
Examination.
58  Thus a teacher-made test will be utilized and administered
for the third periodical examination.
59  A minimum of 40 items test was the required number
60 of TQ’s to be produced and delivered by all the teachers.
61  The third periodical test was scheduled to be held on
January 16-17, 2020. The students were required to take
the test half of the day only on the aforementioned
schedule.
62  On the first day of the exam (January 16, 2020), subjects
to be administered were English, Math, ESP and AP and
on the second day were Science, Filipino, Math and TLE.
63 X. Teachers Evaluation
64  Mrs. Rolelie Sombilon, MNHS school head, presented
during the meeting the Teachers Evaluation Checklist to
all the teachers that were present.
65  The Teachers Evaluation of Mandilikit NHS was set to be
scheduled on February 4, 2020.

67 XI. Other Matters
68 a. Teachers’ Night in Lieu of the Upcoming Barangay Taloot
Fiesta – Mandilikit National High School was assigned for the
Stage Decoration.
69 b. Mandilikit NHS Annual Sinulog Celebration – Every year in the
month of January, Mandilikit MNH celebrates Sinulog in honor
of the patron saint Señor Sto. Niño. In lieu of the celebration,
students for every year level were encouraged to present their
own version of the Sinulog Dance.
70 c. Sinulog Festival Queen – This year the school set to conduct
the first ever Sinulog Festival Queen Contest.
This will be participated by all the chosen Festival Queen for
every year level ranging from Grade 7 -12. All the participants
were advised to used indigenous materials for their props and
costumes.
