34 1. Orientation of the Limited Face to Face Classes
35 The adviser informed the parents about the Limited Face to
36 Face Classes implementation. She explained that it is not compulsory
37 especially for student who have health issues. She added that the number of
38 students per class will be divided into two shifts. The first shift’s schedule will
39 be from Monday to Tuesday as well as the second shift which is Wednesday to
40 Thursday. It will be a four- hour class per day. Therefore, each student will
41 meet all his/her subject teacher one time per week. It was also discussed that
42 students should follow all the health protocols like wearing of face mask and
43 social distancing.
44 One of the parents suggested that if a student from the first shift is
45 absent, he/she may enter the second shift class to cope up with the
46 discussion. The motion was duly seconded.
47 2. GPTA Election Officers
48 The adviser asked the body any suggestion for the election of new sets
49 of officers for the school year 2021- 2022. She discussed the roles for each
50 position.
51 The following persons were nominated and unanimously elected.

66 3. Late Submission of Answer Sheets


67 The adviser reported that most of the students are delayed in passing
68 their answer sheet both printed and online. She added that they do not
69 strictly follow the schedule for submission. It was further discussed that
70 consistent delay of passing answer sheets may result to having poor grades.
71 Parents are reminded to let their children pass their outputs on time to avoid
72 absenteeism.
73 In addition, the adviser suggested that parents may assort the answer
74 sheets of their children per subject so that they will be able to identify if the
75 answer sheets are complete or incomplete. If incomplete, they may pass the
76 answered sheets the following week. She also reminded the parents to pass
77 the answer sheets on time. The motion was duly seconded.
78 4. Brigada Eskwela
79 The adviser informed the body that there will be a schedule for the
80 Brigada Eskwela. This activity aims to clean and beautify the school for the
81 opening of face- to face classes.

92 5. Distribution of Students Report Card
93 The adviser distributed the temporary report cards of students to their
94 parents/ guardians. She explained that if there are questions or queries
95 regarding the grade of their children, they may look for the subject teacher to
96 further discuss the result of their grade especially those who do not have any
97 grade. The motion was seconded without any objections.
98 X. Adjournment
99 With the disposal of all agenda and clarification of all the issues
100 during the meeting, the Chairman, thanked all the attendees for their active
101 participation.
