II. Meeting Proper

The ESP Department Meeting was held last September 23, 2022 at 12:00 PM at Chairman’s Office.
It was attended by ESP Teachers as listed above. A short prayer led by Ma’am Christine Versoza was
offered before the meeting proper. After the prayer, our ESP Department Head, Ma’am Annie Navaja,
went directly to the agenda.

Referring to the first agendum, we were reminded about the preparation of WLP every week which
should be in 4A’s format to be printed and submitted for checking. Rubrics for the Performance Tasks
should also be presented in the WLP. We were also reminded by our Department Head to follow the
standards in the preparation of the Summative Test. Table of Specifications should also be prepared and
submitted for checking.

Celebration of World Teacher’s Day was also part of the agenda, we were reminded to particitpate
in the celebration at Ynarez Center on October 5, 2022, Wednesday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. On
October 7, 2022, Friday, 8:00 – 3:00 pm, a School-Based World Teachers Day Celebration will also be
conducted at Dalig National High School. The excess budget during the previous School Year of the
ESP Department will be allotted for the potluck contribution of our Department.
We were also reminded to provide the hard/printed copies of our IPCRF for SY 2019-2020 and
2020-2021 to be submitted at the Admin Office. The eighth agendum was regarding the First Friday
 Mass to be spearheaded by ESP Department on October 7, 2022, Friday at 9:00 AM. Church
coordination will be handled by our Department Head.

Lastly, the distribution of tasks in the preparation of the Summative Test for Grade 7 – Grade 10.
