In connection of successful implementation of programs, projects and activities in the school, Victory
Village Elementary School held the 1st Quarter Meeting at Victory Village Elementary School (VVES) Guidance
Office on September 7, 2022, 3:00- 5:00 pm

1. Presentation of Grade 2 Teachers S.Y. 2020-2021

The Grade Level Chairman introduced the Grade 2 teachers to the body.

2. Class Composition/ Class Program

The Grade 2- Orchid is composed of 23 boys and 16 girls, a total of 39 pupils. Their arrival
started at 6:00 in the morning and dismissed at 12:00 noon.

3. Discipline and Behavior

The adviser reminded the parents about the behavior of their children and encouraged them to
help her in disciplining their children to achieve good quality of learning.

4. Orderliness and Cleanliness

The importance of cleanliness in school is to provide a healthy and safe environment for
students. There are many issues related to hygiene that students and school employees have to
face every day. Germs and bacteria are a part of life. Especially when discussing kids. Most of those
can even harm them for life or affect the social and economic well-being of the school. Due to this
factor, the adviser requested to have a one-hour disinfection ever Saturday (8:00-9:00 am) at the
same the assigned parents will help the adviser in preparing the rooms for their children.

5. Election of Officers
The Grade 2 -Orchid parents nominated and elected their homeroom PTA officers.

6. Other Matters
a. HRPTA Project
The Grade 2-Orchid parents cited some concerns and projects for this school year. The
majority chose to purchase coupon bonds and decided to donate the estimated amount of 100
pesos. This amount is to be collected on September 16, 2022

b. “BASURA MO, DARA MO”

To reduce the piles of garbage in school, our school implemented a program entitled
“Basura Mo, Dara Mo” which every pupil will bring at home their garbages.

c. Things Needed in School

The adviser enumerated the things that pupils should bring in school.

d. School ID
The school initiated to have a school ID and the parents are requested to share a little
amount of P20 for the ID cord.

The meeting ended at exactly 4:45 in the afternoon.
