ACTIVITY DESIGN

I. Identifying Information:

A. Title : “EARLY REGISTRATION FOR SY 2022- 2023”

II. Rationale:

Amid the continuing national public health emergency due to COVID-

19, the Department of Education (DepEd) remains resolved to find ways to
improve the provision of learning opportunities to all Filipino learners for
School Year 2022-2023.

The Enrollment process is one of the key activities of the Department

conducted in preparation for the school year opening.

In this light, DepEd issues guidelines in order to clarify the roles of key
stakeholders in the enrollment process; to introduce improvements in the
reporting mechanisms.
 In the District of Central Glan, LUMIGO INTEGRATED SCHOOL shall
mobilize the school’s partnership focal person to ensure the effective process
of enrollment involving community and local stakeholders.

With the aforesaid school will conduct an Early Registration for all the
incoming Kindergarten, Grade 1, Grade VII, Grade 11, and Balik-Aral
learners from March 25 to April 30, 2022 observing proper health protocol.

III. Objectives:

1. Engage together all education stakeholders to participate and contribute

their time and effort to enroll all learners for the SY 2022-2023.
2. Promote participation and accountability.
3. Encourage parents to participate in the enrollment process amidst of this
pandemic subject to strict observance of existing health protocols:

A. Teachers and School Head who will be assigned to manage the

enrollment are preferably vaccinated;
B. Schools may also implement the drop box enrollment method;
C. The school enrollment focal person (SEFP) shall receive all
submitted MLESF and turn them over to grade level coordinators, who
shall then distribute them to prospective advisers;
D. Prospective advisers shall encode the MLESF in the LIS BOSY
Facility

IV. Strategies:

a. Conduct limited face to face meeting to discuss teachers

assignment areas and the guidelines in conducting the early
registration;
b. Present the proposal to other teachers, BLGU, Purok Chairmen,
PTA officials and SGC during consultations or meeting, observing
health protocols from IATF;
c. Facilitate the agreed final program of activities discussed from the
meeting to the internal and external stakeholders.
 d. Disseminate stakeholders from information dissemination to the
actual conduct of the early registration.
