I.PROJECT TITLE:
Project LINK
II. RATIONALE:
Tanay Senior High School primarily aims to deliver quality education and to make education
accessible to all learners. Thus, the school has various projects to address the needs of the school,
concerns and other related problems. However, due to inadequate resources and insufficient budget of the
school, some projects did not materialize, some are not being sustained and prioritized. Thus, putting
quality education at stakes.
Inadequate school resources and financial limitations should not hinder the school in delivering
quality education for its clientele.
Hence, encouraging active participation of the community such as parents, organizations, private
companies and industries to become school partners or stakeholders would be a great mechanism to create
a LINK towards the realization of the school’s objective.

III. OBJECTIVES:
a. Establish a school- community network that would help the school in delivering quality education
among learners.
b. Encourage active participation of stakeholders to become school partners.
c. Address school needs, problems and concerns through Project LINK
d. Sustain and materialize school projects through Project LINK
e. Develop a harmonious relationship with the stakeholders/community

IV. SCOPE
Project LINK links with the stakeholders to sustain and materialize school projects of Tanay Senior High
School.

V. TIME FRAME
June 2020- April 2021
VI. IMPLEMENTING STAGES

For the smooth implementation of the project, the following activities will be conducted:

a. PRE-IMPLEMENTATION ACTIVITIES
1. Reviewing the projects and programs of the school with the project leaders and
school head.
2. Seeking for the possible and appropriate stakeholders that can help address the
objective of the school projects.

3. Coordinating/ convening with the possible stakeholders.

4. Providing the necessary documents and communication letters for the partnership.

5. Communicating with the stakeholders for the discussion of the school projects and its
mechanism together with the project leaders.

6. Confirmation of partnership.

b. DURING – IMPLEMENTATION ACTIVITIES

This phase is the actualization/implementation of the project


1. Participation of stakeholders and school to achieve the objective of the project.
2. Implementation of the project.
3. Regular communication with the stakeholders.
4. Feedbacking relative to the project’s progress

c. POST- IMPLEMENTATION ACTIVITIES

1. Assessing the school project


2. Soliciting feedback from the stakeholders and project leaders
3. Post-conference with the stekholders

VII. MONITORING AND EVALUATION

1. Regular monitoring which involves the stakeholders, project leaders and the school
head.
