36  DISTRICT STAFF MEETING (feedbacking)

38  NSBI was already accomplished and to be submitted on Monday, May 30, 2022.
39  The opening of Inter-Agency Sports Athletic Association will be on June 25, 2022. With this,
40 there is a need of athletic teachers/ DepEd personnel for the different sports.
41  Separation of plantillas in the different schools.
42  Medellin District will be divided into (2) two districts. The school heads need to submit the
43 list of subject teachers, master teachers, ancillaries, etc.
44  The closing schedule of RLAES will be on June 27, 2022.
45  PTA should be functional and contributions are allowed as long as there is transparency.
46  Teachers should wear formal attire especially in school every Friday.

48  Focused Group Discussion (FGD)

50  Closing details will be discussed with parents and stakeholders on May 31, 2022 at 1:00 P.M.
51 Kinder moving-up and Recognition rites for grades 1-5 will be conducted for 2 hours only,
52 same with the Graduation ceremony of Grade 6 pupils.
