construction company with direct execution capability by owning most of the critical equipments
required for infrastructure works since 1964.

Direct Execution
a) A complete range of Concrete Batching Plants, Transit Mixers, Concrete Pumps, Placers, Screed
Vibrators, Poker type Needle Vibrators and a large inventory of form work and scaffolding materials.
b) We mostly use our own equipments for critical activities to achieve and facilitate rapid
deployment for on-time completion.
c) We own comprehensive range of high quality road construction equipments such as three stage stone
crushers, asphalt batching plant (Parker), 9.75m width asphalt paving Sensor Paver(Bitelli), Smooth
wheeled rollers, Pneumatic Tyre Roller, pug mill plant (Apollo) etc., Major Earth moving
equipments such as Motor Graders, Dozers,Compactors, latest sophisticated Excavators, Haul
Trucks, Air Compressors and Crawler Drills etc.
d) We own core drilling equipment of ATLASCOPCO DIAMEC 262 for Geo-investigation to a depth
upto 200mtrs. We have comprehensive experience in piling with tractor mounted rotary rigs /
hydraulic rigs

A 850 strong HR mostly in-house trained in job specific skills in Civil Engineering, Plant
Maintenance, Materials Management and Project Management. A team of experienced Carpenters, Bar

Industrial Infrastructures
We are actively involved in Industrial and Institutional infrastructures and structures as well. We have
completed jobs such as Asphalt & concrete roads, foundation for PEB structures & Blast Furnace in
Steel Plant, RCC Raw water reservoir of 3,00,000 Cu.M capacity which demanding high quality
combined with dimensional accuracy for various clients such as JSW steel Ltd., Hindustan Zinc Ltd
&Madras Aluminium Company Ltd (A Unit of Vedanta Group), Mahindra World City Developer
Limited, ChemplastSanmar, ST-CMS Electric Power limited, AREVA, TATA Consultancy
Services to name a few apart from heavy structures built for the road projects for NHAI in South India.

In Plant Concrete Roads

High quality maintenance free concrete roads were constructed to Vedanta, Sanmar group, JSW Steel
Plant and various municipal works using Screed Vibrator, Mini Batching Plant combination for getting
high quality and cost effectiveness at the same time as an alternative to expensive method of Paver and
large batching plant combination which is not viable for plant roads.
Site Grading
We are pioneers in carrying out massive site grading works either a massive earth work or a mass rock
excavation and filling. Recently we have carried out a massive rock & soil excavation to a tune of
4,47,000cum in soil and 13,51,100 cum in hard rock with controlled blasting completed within a period
of 9 months for grading the site to accommodate a 500 MW Thermal power project at Mettur Dam for
Tamilnadu Electricity Board, about 9,66,000cum of soil filling works carried out for Indian Maritime
University for their proposed construction of University building and also 20,83,000cum of soil filling
was completed for Udangudi Power Corporation Limited (TANGEDCO) with in a period of 12months.

Roads to Global standards

NHAI introduced quality roads in India and we are involved from the beginning of the activity in 1999
onwards. We have completed the NHAI project for road improvement for a length of 115 Km. between
Coimbatore and Karur. The capability acquired after long struggle to acquire the critical knowledge
could be made available to other institutional infrastructure roads to build virtually maintenance free
roads lasting for several decades.
Reservoirs
Reservoirs of all sorts with earthen bunds and concrete walls with dependable seepage proof lining. We
have also built several ash ponds for power projects.

Geo Membrane
More than 12 years experience in laying Seepage Proof Geo Membranes (LDPE / HDPE) for Raw
Water Concrete and Earthen Reservoirs, Ash Ponds and Effluent Treatment arrangements. 100%
Leak-Proof guaranteed with our long experience in using Swiss made twin wedged Robotic welding
machine with test chambers. We have so far completed more than half a million Sq.m of placing and
welding of LDPE/ HDPE geo membraneupto 1500 micron thickness.

High Speed Hydraulic Core Drilling

Core drilling was upto 150m using Atlas CopcoDiamec 260 hydraulic core drill which has the facility
for angle drilling.

High Capacity Grouting

High capacity grouting machines for high speed consolidation and seepage prevent grouting.

Survey
Fully equipped survey team for fast quantity estimation and invoicing in large site grading and rock
excavation job through extensive use of Total Station survey instruments with volume computing
software. We have complete set of lab equipment for in house testing of Geotechnical, concrete, asphalt
works.
Controlled Blasting
We have vast experience in heavy rock excavation with Controlled Blasting including conducting PPV
(Peak Particle Velocity) levels for every blast through seismographic.
