 MINUTES OF THE MEETING
AGENDUM NO. 1: CED-SG General Orientation

 The CED will execute a general orientation on October 22, 2022 for the
college students under the CED.
 The task that we need to finish is to create an organizational chart with the
formal pictures and names of Special Educators’ Club. The purpose of this
organizational chart is to familiarize the students who are the officers under
our club.
 We also need to create a video presentation about The Bachelor of Special
Needs Education, to make this possible the Social Media Manager-Video
Editor will be the responsible one to create the presentation.
AGENDUM NO. 2: CED-SG Teachers Day

 The College of Education proposed a suggestion for the upcoming teachers’

day celebration on October 5, 2022, the plan was a face to face activity and a
lunch gathering for the professors.
 Also, a surprise gift giving for the teachers will be executed by the Mayors of
the BSNED and the other club officers to show appreciation and care for our
teachers.
OTHER CONCERNS
● Continuously assignatory of daily posts in the facebook page of the club.
(Quotes, Trivias, and Bible Verse)
● SPED Month will be assigned to the SNED 2
● Teachers’ Day Celebration, each class will have an individual class meeting
to tackle about the plan for the teachers’ day celebration.
● General Orientation of BSNED which will be planning to execute in the
second week of October
● 1-year master plan
● Accreditations
