MEETING: 1st Virtual Classroom PTA Meeting

I. PLATFORM
1. Reminders about the checking of attendance of the students.
2. Announcement for the vaccination of the students.
3. Discussion about the WHLP, Written Works and Performance Tasks.
4. Accomplishing of E-Anecdotal Record.
5. Discussion about Projects for Brigada Eskwela.
6. Election of Officers

II. HIGHLIGHTS
Last October 30, 2021, the first virtual classroom PTA meeting was held via Google
Meet at 9:30 am. The meeting was started with a prayer followed by the checking of
attendance via Google Form.
The meeting was facilitated by Mr. Jan Michael Gauiran, adviser of Grade-7
Sampaguita. The first agenda was the checking of attendance. It was discussed the
value of attending the class and how this checking is being done by the subject
teachers and advisers. The Republic Act 6655 was also covered in this agenda.
The next agenda was about the vaccination of the students. It was mentioned that the
priority for MRTD vaccine will be the Grade-7 students and this will be conducted in all
Barangay Health Centers. The facilitator had shown an example of the Child
Immunization Record and reminded the parents to take a picture or keep the card
secured. The vaccination of Pfizer for students of 14Y/O and above was also discussed
as well as the forms that the parents need to fill out in the preparation of face to face
class.
The value of checking the WHLP by the parents had been highlighted and the
importance of Written Works and Performance Tasks was also elaborated. The
facilitator explained to the parents the DepEd Oder No. 31 s.2020. After which , the
accomplishing of Anecdotal record was again reminded to the parents.
Another agenda was the Project for Brigada Eskwela which consists of Project Care,
Project Load, Project Tulong Komunidad, Project Help and Project Safe. These were all
clearly introduced and explained by the facilitator.

Finally after the discussion of the agenda, the Election of Officers was conducted. It was
first precided by Mr. Gauiran and followed by the elected Homeroom President. The
election was done accordingly and the facilitator gave thanks and appreciation to the
parents who attended the meeting.
