“CONDUCT OF 2022 4th QUARTER NATIONWIDE

SIMULTANEOUS EARTHQUAKE DRILL (NSED)”
1. This Office hereby disseminates the enclosed Office of the Undersecretary
Governance and Field Operations No. 2022-02-2259, re: “Reiteration of the
Participation to the 2022 4th Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake
Drill (NSED)”, which is self-explanatory.
2. The 4th Quarter Ceremonial Pressing of the Button will happen on
November 10, 2022 @ 9 A.M.
3. Participants of the activity are the School DRRM Coordinators of both
elementary and secondary schools, School DRRM Response Team
(Teachers), School DRRM Brigade, parents and learners.
4. Since we are now in face-to-face classes, all learners are encouraged to
practice “duck, cover, and hold” procedure simultaneously at the set of
time.
5. Class advisers are hereby requested to take photos during the conduct of
the activity and attendance serve as documentation.
6. Participants may visit the Civil Defense PH Facebook page for the live
webinar and pressing of button.
7. Class Advisers and SDRRM Brigade shall disseminate the activities to
their Group Chats.
8. School DRRM Coordinators are advised to visit and fill-in the evaluation
link for reporting after the activities.
9. Attached is the OUGFO 2022-04-2259 memorandum for your reference.
